Mit Hilfe von Techniken zur Stabilisierung und Auseinandersetzung mit dem Erlebten kann die Selbstbestimmung und die Kontrolle \u00fcber das eigene Leben wieder erlangt werden. Die Symptome werden dadurch als eine normale Reaktion auf au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Ereignisse verstanden.<\/p><p>EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) ist ein hoch wirksames, evidenzbasiertes Verfahren zur Behandlung von PTBS (Posttraumatische Belastungsst\u00f6rungen) und andere Traumafolgest\u00f6rungen.
